parker’s desk

I ran across a web­site a cou­ple of days ago – I believe linked through a news post of one of my daily-read web­sites.  Any­way, it’s called Con­cept Ships and it is quite lit­er­ally a blog post­ing con­cept art for starships.

Took me a long time to go through all of it!  It’s amaz­ing to see some of the great ideas these artists have had for these designs…a nice touch is the inclu­sion of a well-known artist, like Ralph McQuar­rie, and look­ing at their art in the same view­ing as an upcom­ing artist.

Soooo…if you like sci-fi or just art in gen­eral, it’s def­i­nitely worth a visit.
