So, wow…last week wasn’t all that great. I think the saying “when it rains, it pours” comes to mind.
The very nature of being between jobs is not having any income, which in turn gives one a sour taste in regards to anything that costs money. And, of course, that is when all the costs pop up. Our dryer dies and costs a couple hundred to fix, someone smashes my rear brake light on my car, and then the car itself dies as the engine goes bye-bye! Haha!
I did manage to get some work done though, mostly work on my personal 3D artwork. Finally finished up the high-poly unwrap for Alpha, and then exported several pieces to zBrush to get finer details in there. I decided to re-do the helmet, which I’ll show the before & after later, so that’s my final modeling task for Alpha before he is ready for texturing.
