Getting There

The con­tact page is fin­ished, as well as the “menu” for the resume sec­tion.  Mon­day will be actu­ally mak­ing the online & offline ver­sions of the resume and get­ting those both posted up, fol­lowed by plan­ning out the about page and pos­si­bly get­ting that up. Concept Art is up

The con­cept art sec­tion of the gallery is up now, thus com­plet­ing the 2D gallery as a whole (thank­fully).  There’s a bit of a bug cur­rently not let­ting the thumb­nails show up for that sec­tion that I’m hop­ing I can fix with fresh eyes tomor­row. I ended up remov­ing the Graphic Art sec­tion alto­gether and will be putting the

3D Gallery Has Started

The “Pro­fes­sional” sec­tion of the 3D Gallery is up now, and most likely won’t be chang­ing.  Seems I don’t have a copy of the tex­tures for most of the mod­els I did for “Ele­ments of Destruc­tion,” so I wasn’t able to ren­der out nearly as much as I would have liked for that game.  At any rate…there are 15 pieces

Writers in the Game Industry

I read an opin­ion arti­cle on Gama­su­tra ear­lier today say­ing that Writ­ers are not needed in the video game indus­try.  More impor­tantly  –  and to avoid tak­ing that arti­cle out of con­text  –  the author of the arti­cle says he would pick a Designer over a Writer.  I was par­tic­u­larly inter­ested in this bold state­ment as I attended an excel­lent dis­cus­sion panel at
